Program Overview: A Transformational Pathway for Women Seeking Renewal and Purpose

Our program is designed to serve women who have experienced abuse and are seeking a safe, temporary environment to retreat, regroup, heal, and restore. We are not a shelter—we are a transformational initiative committed to helping each resident leave stronger, more self-sufficient, and deeply assured of her worth and direction. We particularly welcome woman who are interested in learning the application process to become a Merchant Mariner. We are not employed with the Merchant Marines. We only teach you the application process to strive for a self-sufficient job opportunity, to travel, and with benefits.

We provide a private and secure setting that fosters emotional recovery, personal growth, and long-term empowerment. This transitional space serves as a sanctuary—an intentional pause that paves the way for something greater.

Through a holistic approach, we offer:

  • Individual and group counseling

  • Life coaching and mentorship

  • Animal-assisted therapy

  • Therapeutic gardening and wellness activities

  • Spiritual and emotional support

  •

What sets us apart is our forward-facing vision: To lead struggling women towards a self-sufficient  career as Merchant Mariners, Seafarers, and Maritime Professionals that takes them away from it all. . This vocational pathway not only restores dignity and purpose—it opens doors to global opportunity and financial independence.

Our mission is to empower every woman who enters our program with clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of possibility. We walk alongside each resident, offering direction, resources, and unwavering support as she charts a new course toward healing and legacy.
